Reservations are suggested throughout the year. Pre-payment for your stay is required to guarantee your reservation. The pre-payment must be received within 5 days of the reservation. The pre-payment is a full deposit on the room(s) you want to reserve. Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is 10 days before arrival date; a 15% administrative charge will be deducted from a refund if we are notified less than 10 days and more than 48 hours before arrival date; and if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to arrival date NO REFUND will be issued.

Arrival time is 2:00pm and departure time is 11:00am. Rooms will be held until 10:00pm unless otherwise notified.
During Tanglewood and on holiday weekends the minimum weekend stay is 2 nights.
All rates are subject to 9.7% room tax.
